Coccinelle has appointed two new Creative Directors - Eleonora Pujia and Vinciane Strovenaker. Eleonora graduated with a Master’s Degree in Integrated Communications and has over 25 years experience working with luxury brands including Prada and Miu Miu. In 1994 she started working with Coccinelle, and it was her initiative to expand the brand and open their first stand-alone store in Milan, which opened its doors in 1995. Vinciane studied at Istituto Marangoni with master Antonio Fontana in 1989. In a partnership with Fontana, Vinciane consulted for Fratelli Rossetti, Kashyama and Ruffo, then became a teacher at the IED in accessory design. She then went on to freelance at Iceberg, where after three years she was appointed as Accessories Coordinator and was charged with launching the brand’s accessories collection. In 2005, Vinciane and her husband Massimo Mariotti decided to combine their experience and founded the brand De Couture. In 2009, Vinciane left the brand to her husband to continue her career as a freelance designer, and in 2011 she started working for Coccinelle.
