Belle PR has been appointed to handle the press and publicity for Irish tanning and cosmetics brand Cocoa Brown By Marissa Carter. The Cocoa Brown tanning range was launched four years ago to offer eight products to suit different types of tanners and non-tanners alike. The hero product, Cocoa Brown 1 HOUR TAN MOUSSE has a number of celebrity fans including the likes of Kylie Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Millie Mackintosh and Ferne McCann.
