COLLECTION Cosmetics has announced the launch of its Illuminating Touch Foundation, which works in tandem with the brand's Illuminating Touch Concealer and Speedy Highlighter. The Illuminating Touch Foundation boosts skin's hydration for a dewy make-up look and locks moisture in place for long-lasting results. The formula offers medium coverage and can be layered to build fuller coverage as desired. Housed in a frosted glass bottle with a pump, the foundation is available in six classic shades: Porcelain, Ivory, Cool Beige, Warm Beige, Honey and Golden. The COLLECTION Illuminating Touch Foundation is priced at £5.99 and will be available from Superdrug and Wilko from 23 September, and Boots from 30 September.
