Color Wow has announced the launch of Dark Blonde Root Cover Up. The new deep, rich honey blonde tone is an addition to the current seven-shade spectrum. The new shade resulted from a collaboration with beauty innovator Gail Federici, CEO & Founder of Color Wow, and Nicola Clarke, Color Wow’s Creative Colour Director.
