Millie Webber, previously Talent Director at Gleam Futures, has been appointed head of digital at independent content production company Spirit Studios. In this role, Millie will build commercial opportunities and new revenue streams for the company’s audio and digital brands. 

Millie will also liaise with talent agents, media agencies, brands, content platforms, identifying and building new commercial opportunities and talent relationships for Spirit. 

Spirit Studios' growing network of popular podcasts, which have been downloaded over 50 million times include: ‘Private Parts’ with Jamie Laing’, ‘Homo Sapiens’ with Chris Sweeney and ‘Oti Mabuse’s Rhythm of Life’, as well as a number of commissioned shows for BBC Sounds, Audible, Spotify and Red Bull.
