Lucy Hilson, founder of Cosmetic PR with 18 years of experience as a PR & marketing expert, has announced the launch of her sister wellness agency Balanced PR in the UK and Dubai, with a focus on all things beauty, skincare, wellness, and holistic.
Clients include Glass House Salon & Spa which is located in Dubai and created by Caroline Brooks, star of Real Housewives of Dubai.
