Lucy Tandon-Copp has stepped down from group editor of Cosmetics Business. Sarah Parsons has been promoted from acting editor to editor of Pure Beauty and digital editor of Cosmetics Business. Sarah is particularly keen to hear from new brands entering the UK market, international beauty news, exclusive interview opportunities and guest articles.

In addition, Megan Fahy has joined the Cosmetics Business and Pure Beauty team as a staff writer, with a particular focus on product launches, retail and marketing news. Megan is based in Ireland and would be interested in hearing from Irish-based PR agencies and beauty brands. Also, Julia Wray has been promoted to co-team manager of Cosmetics Business and remains editor of the publication.
