Claire Hodgson, editor-in-chief at Cosmopolitan UK has announced the launch of the publication's new mentoring scheme. Designed for those who are looking for help or advice, Cosmopolitan Careers Festival will offer mentoring in a variety of fields. The Cosmopolitan team and its colleagues in the wider business will provide support from journalism, design and social media to legal, sales, PR and marketing, as well as events, strategy, business development and more. 

Each mentor is available for a minimum of four half-hour sessions over a six-week period, starting in October. Mentors will endeavour to be as flexible as possible and work with you on dates and times that suit, wherever possible. Cosmopolitan would like this to be a collaborative process, so mentees should have lots of questions and ideas to discuss and come with a goal in mind.
