Debenhams has expanded its PR team and has announced it is taking all PR activities in-house. The development sees the creation of a showroom in its Regent’s Place Head Office and a strengthened team, which includes Alison Gram, who has joined Debenhams as International and Brand PR Manager.

The move will see women’s and children’s fashion and homes PR transfer from Lee Publicity, whom Debenhams has held a successful partnership with for eight years. Menswear and Beauty are already serviced by the in-house team.

During the transition in-house the Debenhams PR team, headed up by Director of PR Christine Morgan, will manage all AW16 PR activity with immediate effect. Lee Publicity will continue to work on all PR activity for womenswear, kids and homes for Christmas 2016 with a focus on long lead media activity. All press relations for the UK, Ireland and International markets will be fully serviced by the in-house team from 1 October.
