Debenhams to open store to secure beauty brands

Debenhams, now owned by Boohoo Group, closed all of its physical stores earlier this year is now in talks about opening a new location outside of London. According to The Times newspaper, which quoted Boohoo chief John Lyttle, the new store would house upscale beauty brands.
Lyttle said that the Debenhams website has relaunched brands such as Benefit, Elizabeth Arden and Ralph Lauren, but in order to list names such as Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent, the company needs to have a physical presence.
