Palette subscription service Deck of Scarlet has launched in the UK. Inspired by and created with YouTubers, every other month the brand releases a new palette and delivers it with step-by-step tutorials. The brand's debut in the UK features YouTube beauty expert Evon Wahab, her palette includes nine shades from hot bright orange to fudge, and is useable across the whole face, with highlighter, lip liner, lip colour, cheek colour, eyeliner and eyeshadow. To join the subscription service is $29.95 and UK shipping is $7.
