Designer Pearl Lowe launches children's collection & appoints Alegre Media

Alegre Media has been appointed to handle the press and publicity for fashion and textiles designer Pearl Lowe, who has just launched a circus themed children's clothing and lifestyle collection, Petit Pearl Lowe. All items are handmade in the designer's hometown of Frome, with dedicated and experienced seamstresses.
