Barcelona-based fashion brand Desigual has officially approved a 4-day working week for all head office employees. This new initiative comes after an employee survey completed by 98% of the head office workforce, voted an 86% majority for a more committed work-life balance and flexibility.

This new 4-day week will take effect immediately, with 500 employees working Monday to Thursday, with 3 days based at the office and 1 working remotely. This announcement makes Desigual the first fashion brand in Spain to offer this commitment to its employees and bring the brand's philosophy of ‘Life is Awesome’ into its work-life model.
