New digital magazine Luxe 3C has launched offering fashion, beauty, lifestyle and business content across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Founded by Amanda Fulton, Isabel Kelly and Valerie Wyndham, who have collective backgrounds in TV presenting, styling, PR and acting.

Luxe 3C will feature editorial content from key influencers, business owners and beauty insiders, to give its readers insight into emerging trends, relevant topics and showcases brands across the region and beyond, as well as highlighting local charitable causes.
