Halpern has been appointed as the UK PR strategy and media communications agency partner for Taiwanese restaurant Din Tai Fung. Halpern’s role will involve brand development and media and influencer relations. The agency will be responsible for launching the restaurant's first site in Covent Garden, followed by a second site in Centre Point in early 2019.
