In September, design magazine Disegno’s founder Johanna Agerman Ross will step down from the editorship of the magazine to join the V&A in the newly created role of Curator of 20th Century and Contemporary Furniture and 20th Century Product Design. Current deputy editor Oliver Stratford, will be taking over his role, while Disegno’s commercial director Chris Jones will become publisher. As the coowner of Disegno and director of Disegno’s publishing house Tack Press, Agerman Ross will remain involved with the magazine as a director and consult on editorial content. Disegno #12, out in September, will be Agerman Ross’s last issue as editor-in-chief and publisher. She joins the V&A on 5 September.
