Dolce & Gabbana has today launched two new fragrance additions to its Velvet Collection, including Velvet Mimosa Bloom and Velvet Exotic Leather. Like the other existing fragrances in the collection, the new scents echo the sensory memories of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. Velvet Mimosa Bloom, inspired by Sicilian memories, is dominated by notes of mimosa flower absolute and opens with a combination of citrus oils of mandarin, bergamot and neroli; while heliotrope and musky notes extend the floral signature. Velvet Exotic Leather is a woody-chypre fragrance with a heart of black leather accord; while clary sage and lavender absolute also combine with fir balsam and rum absolute to create a dry fruity nuance.
