Gloss Communications has announced that it has been appointed to handle the PR for Dorset Fitness Retreats, fitness holidays with a focus on wellness, mindfulness and nutrition on the Jurassic Coast. Suitable for all levels, from the absolute novice to the experienced fitness disciple, the retreats are run by ex-Navy husband and wife team Lucy and Andrew Watkinson. The retreats comprise boot camps, HIIT workouts, paddle boarding, yoga, wild swimming, boxing, massage, reflexology, reiki, presentations on gut health, nutrition and goal setting and healthy, nutritious meals including a fine dining experience.
