British born footwear brand Duke & Dexter has announced the launch of its first flagship in London's Covent Garden. The brand was launched by Archie Hewlett when he was only 19 and is now three years old. Duke + Dexter specialises in premium shoes for those who appreciate modern, functional and spirited apparel. Designed in London and handcrafted in England, the brand innovates the conventional while working off traditional styles, through offering an array of colours, textures, prints and motifs. Celebrity fans of the brand include Jonah Hill, Ryan Reynolds, Eddie Redmayne, Poppy Delevingne, Tinie Tempah and Tyson Beckford.
The store will feature its very own Bespoke Bar where customers will be able to design a completely personalised pair of shoes from start to finish, including the option to have their initials or motifs embroidered. The bar will also showcase the brand’s upcoming collaboration with shoe artist Daniel Cordas, where his unique designs will be on display.
Located on Earlham Street, Seven Dials, the doors to the 500sqft store opens today (5 November). A Launch Party will take place next week to celebrate the opening.
