Eat & Think, a new concept in nutrition has launched and appointed LKB PR to handle it's consumer PR and implement and manage an ongoing social media campaign. Created by three registered dietitians, Eat & Think provides consumers with weekly meal plans that are jam-packed with fresh, seasonal ingredients that the body actually needs to perform at optimal levels. Each plan comes with five days worth of breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes as well as healthy snack options.? A shopping list and cooking method are also provided. LKB PR will also help to support their very first collaboration with The Running Bug which launches later this week.
