eBay has joined forces with self-confessed ‘Air Fryer King’, Nathan Anthony to launch the UK’s first-ever pop-up air fryer restaurant. Opening on 27 September at 100 Hoxton Street, the first-of-its-kind culinary experience celebrates the most hyped kitchen hero of the moment and aims to prove the value and quality of refurbished technology. Air fryer fiends can look forward to a specially curated menu of small plates inspired by pop culture including crispy salt and pepper squid, steak tacos, halloumi fries and sweetcorn ribs; all made using only refurbished air fryers from eBay. The pop-up aims to educate shoppers on the major cost and energy savings to be made through choosing refurbished kitchen appliances, as well as the positive impact it has on the planet.
