Charlotte Owen has been appointed editor-in-chief at New York-based digital destination Elite Daily. Charlotte will continue in her role as editor-in-chief at Bustle.com. In her expanded role, Charlotte will serve as the creative and strategic lead for Elite Daily, honing in on the brand's targeted Gen Z audience, introducing new college and entertainment-focused content, and further defining the brand's core mission.
