ELLE (UK) has announced the appointment of Marta Bausells as literary editor, replacing Sharmaine Lovegrove who is now running her own imprint at Little, Brown. Marta is a writer and contributing editor at Literary Hub, and previously worked on the Guardian's Books and Culture desks. She will be writing books content for both the magazine and online.
