ELLE UK has announced the launch of Why I…Move podcast made in association with Nike. Hosted by ELLE UK editors Hannah Nathanson and Natasha Bird, the podcast’s weekly episodes feature interviews and conversations with women from the worlds of fashion, sport and culture to discuss how they fit movement into their lives and the emotional benefit it brings, speaking alongside specialised coaches and trainers who share their stories.

The first episode features Nike running coach Dora Atim and TV & radio personality Clara Amfo who discusses her love for boxing and her Strictly experience.
