Pierre-Yves Roussel, Chairman & CEO of LVMH Fashion Group, has announced the appointment of Mauro Grimaldi as Chief Executive Officer of Emilio Pucci, effective 14 September 2015. Laudomia Pucci who was acting as Interim CEO since April 2014 remains Image Director and Member of the Board of Directors of Emilio Pucci s.r.l. A graduate in Economics of Bocconi University in Milan, Mauro started his career in 1996 as Country Manager for Vestebene in Benelux and Scandinavia before becoming Area Manager for Benetton in Northern Italy, Scandinavia and Benelux in 1999. In 2001, he was hired by the Tod’s Group as Retail Manager France for Tod’s and Hogan brands, with the additional responsibility of managing the European distribution project for Brooks Brothers. In 2003, he joined Valentino as Retail and Wholesale Director before joining Salvatore Ferragamo in 2007 as West and Central Europe Director. Since 2013 he has been VP Sales, Marketing, Communication and Licences for Elie Saab.
