Entries are now open for the 2018 Midlands Fashion Awards. Now in its eleventh year, the awards serve as a platform for the region’s finest undiscovered fashion and creative talent. The awards are designed as a showcase to raise awareness, support excellence and champion those who excel in their field. Approximately 15 creative talents including accessory designers, fashion stylists, hair and make-up artists and fashion photographers will be selected to exhibit their work; while 15 fashion designers will be invited to showcase their latest collection on the catwalk and receive the recognition they deserve.

Shortlisted entrants will be invited to meet a panel of judges at the end of June where a brief interview and assessment of their collection or portfolio will be carried out. Judges will select five finalists in each category to go forward to the awards due to take place in October. The panel of judges will consist of industry professionals each of whom brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the judging process.

The deadline for applications is 16 June 2018.
