Beauty brand ESPA has announced the launch of two new products and its latest treatment; Fitness Shower Oil, Muscle Rescue Balm, and the Strength & Resilience Massage. 

The Fitness Shower Oil (pictured) is a blend of naturally derived cleansers including coconut and olive oils which gently cleans the skin and uses peppermint, eucalyptus, clove bud oil and rosemary to awaken the skin. The Fitness Shower Oil will be available to buy for £32 from ESPA Spas, salons and espaskincare.com. 

The Muscle Rescue Balm (pictured) is for use pre or post workout to soothe tired muscles. It uses clove bud and west Indian bay oils which have a warming effect on the skin, for an overall sensation of soothing and relaxation. The balm will be available to buy for £30 from ESPA Spas, salons and espaskincare.com. 

The Strength & Resilience Massage uses ESPA’s Muscle Rescue Balm to soothe muscular aches and pains while the body is ‘cocooned’ in warm towels to aid relaxation. Advanced techniques such as Yogic stretches are performed to awaken the body, while a reflex zone foot massage stimulates major organs such as the lungs, colon, diaphragm and sinuses which have a direct link to the body’s resilience. Sinus release and scalp massage complete the journey helping to support the immune system, boost energy levels and bring a sense of balance. The massage will be available for £80 at selected ESPA Spas and Salons nationwide.
