Michael Sebastian, previously digital director of Esquire USA, has been promoted to editor-in-chief. He will be overseeing print and digital content, strategy and operations and will continue to report to Hearst Magazine's chief content officer Kate Lewis.
Esquire has also announced the promotion of Nick Sullivan from fashion director to creative director, which is a new role for the brand.
