Estée Lauder Companies (UK & Ireland) has announced the appointment of Allie Orr as Acting Head of Brand Communications covering Georgina Dawson's Maternity leave. Effective immediately, Allie will support the brands in the company's delivery of strategic, targeted brand communications with a focus on social influencer strategies.  She will act as a key resource to the brands, helping to drive a best-in-class brand communications strategy and execution plan for the UK Region. Allie will support the brand teams with identifying new opportunities as well as driving company-wide executions to continue to evolve our influencer and content creation strategy and drive the vision of the Consumer Engagement COE to become a centre of innovation, inspiration and opportunity identification for the whole UK ELC business.

Allie started her brand and communications career with Ojon in 2006 in her home country of Canada. In 2008 Allie added the responsibility of Origins Communications to her remit, being promoted to Director, Global Communications, Origins, and relocating to the global Estée Lauder Companies office in New York. In this role Allie managed global affiliate Communications teams and agencies for both brands across 22 markets, driving key change for the business across the world. Allie moved to the UK in 2013, as Communications Manager for the UK business, playing a significant role in leveraging the equity and positioning for both Origins and Darphin UK/ROI.
