The Evening Standard has announced the appointment of Ayesha Hazarika as the new editor of its daily diary section, The Londoner. Ayesha will commence her new role from the end of July. She takes over from Charlotte Edwardes, who will be able to focus on her role as the Evening Standard's award-winning senior feature writer and columnist
