Evening Standard has unveiled Insider, a new digital platform centred on luxury lifestyle. With offices in both New York and London, Insider marks the first US-based Evening Standard team who will report alongside London-based Insider journalists about the latest trends. Now live at standard.co.uk/Insider, allowing readers to gain access to luxury lifestyle content.
The platform, overseen by executive digital editor Amira Hashish, is centred on high profile celebrities, royals and those ‘insiders’ in-the-know in society. New journalists to the luxury portal include UK-based editor Lucy Pavia and US-based Margaret Abrams and Leah Miriam Cooper who have extensive experience across Marie Claire, Vanity Fair and the New York Observer.
Department store Harrods joins Insider as an initial commercial partner to celebrate its first venture into the United States launching a digital e-commerce offering with leading specialty retailer, Williams Sonoma. Williams Sonoma will now offer a curated collection of 15 classic Harrods items. This is Harrods’ first venture into the United States.
