Notion PR has been appointed to handle the press and publicity for London-based fashion designer Samuel Dougal, who is set to make his ready-to-wear debut at the Designer Showrooms during London Fashion Week. With experience including working under Alexander McQueen and Phillip Treacy and dressing A-listers including Rihanna, Alison Goldfrapp and Paloma Faith in his own bespoke pieces and couture gowns, the designer's eponymous womenswear label  features simple and elegantly refined cuts in the highest quality British fabrics such as Harris Tweed from the outer Hebrides, silk from Sulfolk and 100% alpaca from Somerset.
