Fit&Well has appointed James Frew and Jessica Downey as staff writers. James was previously buyer's guide editor and a technology journalist at MakeUseOf, whilst Jessica recently gained her journalism Masters, during which she completed a placement at Runners World UK.
James and Jessica are interested in receiving news, launch / product information, access to experts and event invites relating to all aspects of health and fitness, particularly fitness, diet and nutrition, mental wellbeing and healthy living.
