After suffering from an illness during her first pregnancy, Foodhak's founder Sakshi Chhabra Mittal transformed her lifestyle and followed an Ayurvedic diet with positive health results. She then conceived the idea to create clinically-backed, nourishing meals and snacks delivered via subscription to those who wish to similarly improve their health and longevity.
