Little Red Rooster has been appointed to represent heritage footwear brand Hush Puppies. The Berkshire-based consultancy will assume responsibility for Hush Puppies’ press office and influencer programme, full-service social media and paid media management from mid-November.
Activity will kick off with a Hush Puppies Pop-Up Experience on Oxford Street, being held from today, 13-14 November to launch its ‘Better + Brighter’ proposition – an initiative to help benefit Mental Health through Random Acts of Kindness. Little Red Rooster, together with Hush Puppies aims to spread a little sunshine, optimism and of course, kindness, as it promotes the latest Hush Puppies A/W23 collection. The press office will focus on promoting all key collections and brand storytelling for S/S24 onwards. Meanwhile, Little Red Rooster has been briefed to give Hush Puppies’ social media channels a fresh look and feel, increase brand awareness and work with Hush Puppies’ in-house design team to create engaging content that captures the hearts and imagination of Hush Puppies’ target audience. Influencers will cover a mix of paid and gifted programmes to promote key collections.
The account will sit within Little Red Rooster’s Design and Lifestyle division, headed up by PR Account Director Tabitha Grove, with senior counsel from Senior Associate Director Nicole Marsden and company CEO Victoria Ruffy. Social Media Account Director Emma Younger will oversee all influencer activity, social media and paid social media advertising, with support from Little Red Rooster’s digital division.
