Upper Street, the internationally acclaimed, custom-made, footwear brand that enables shoppers to design their own shoes online, has announced a collaboration with London College of Fashion to showcase the best in emerging design talent. The collaboration sees the launch of The Cordwainers Collection, whereby Upper Street challenged Cordwainers students to create a shoe inspired by the theme of music. A high profile judging panel of fashion insiders selected five designs to be put into production on a limited edition basis by the London-based shoe company. The winning designs came from students from around the world, including: Ayako Tsunemoto (Japan), Bernardo Soares (Portugal), Claire Morgan (UK), Mfundo Mahhiangu (South Africa) and Patrycja Paradowska (Poland).
