Palm PR has been appointed by dynamic venture capitalist business, Fork & Blade, to support the expansion of its hospitality portfolio with the launch of Firedog, a modern Aegean inspired restaurant and bar on Newman Street, Fitzrovia. Opening for all day breakfast and lunch, Firedog serves a unique menu of dishes influenced by the street food of Greece and Turkey and inspired by the diverse produce found in a group of islands located between the Greek and Anatolian Peninsulas.

Palm PR has been provided with a brief to support the expansion plans of the Fork & Blade group by launching its latest concept. Through an integrated communications campaign across PR and social media, spanning consumer and trade press, Palm PR will deliver first-hand reviews of Firedog from food and drink publications, journalists and digital influencers, to secure trusted testimony, endorsement and create greater understanding of its offering. The agency will also build greater awareness of Fork & Blade, communicating the success of its hospitality division, which includes the popular Covent Garden coffee house The Black Penny.
