After 9 years as Beauty & Wellbeing Director at Psychologies Magazine, Eminé Rushton has now left the title to focus on her blog and podcast, This Conscious Life. The new blog, co-created with husband Paul Rushton, celebrates low-cost, low-waste & low-impact modes of slow, gentle and conscious living, and is rooted in holistic health, nature and Ayurveda.

Eminé and Paul Rushton’s first book, Sattva: The Ayurvedic Way to Live Well (£14.99; Hay House) published on 4 June and celebrates a return to human ‘being’ overdoing.

Eminé continues to consult for natural ethical brands, with Conscious Communications collective, L E A F.
