Roger Lynch has been appointed as the first global CEO of Condé Nast. The former President & CEO of Pandora will also join the board of directors when his appointment takes effect on 22 April. Jonathan Newhouse, Condé Nast's former CEO, will become chairman of the board of directors. Following Roger Lynch's appointment, Bob Sauerberg, who has served as CEO of Condé Nast’s US business for the past three years, will step down and exit the organisation.
