Two months after acquiring London beauty business, CitySwish, Freauty, the UK’s first marketplace for independent, mobile beauty professionals has completed the strategic acquisition of Zeebba, an on-demand beauty service that brings trained mobile therapists to the clients’ doorstep. Zeebba was sold by Paros Capital, a London-based macro and real estate family office who seed-invested Zeebba last year. Paros Capital will keep a stake in the Freauty Group.
Zeebba’s brand will be maintained; Roxana Mohammadian-Molina will step down as Zeebba’s CEO and join Freauty Group’s Board; and Zeebba’s and Freauty Group’s existing mobile on-demand beauty services will continue to operate as standalone brands.
Freauty has a wide range of beauty treatments and professionals, and operates as a customer rated marketplace that allows clients to choose their beauty therapist based on services, prices and location. It has been servicing East London since it launched earlier this year and will now be able to expand its offering to the whole of Greater London.
