GLAMOUR has announced a number of promotions and appointments across its beauty and audience development team.
Camilla Kay has been promoted to join GLAMOUR's european leadership team as european beauty director alongside her role as deputy editor on GLAMOUR UK, recognising her contribution to the ongoing success of the beauty-first brand. Working under Deborah Joseph, GLAMOUR's european editorial director, Camilla will lead the UK, German and Spanish beauty teams to shape future beauty strategy and content across platforms.
Lottie Winter has been promoted from beauty editor to associate beauty director. Lottie's trailblazing written features and engaging social filming have been instrumental in the success of GLAMOUR UK's cross-platform, beauty content over the past few years. Lottie will work with Camilla Kay and the UK team to continue to develop and grow the UK beauty content strategy.
Ellen Stewart, previously at Channel 4, running the digital distribution and optimisation team, has been appointed associate director of audience development for Europe. Ellen will be responsible for digital growth across SEO, social and analytics, managing audience development teams in the UK, Spain and Germany. Ellen no longer wishes to be contacted by PR companies.
Lian Brooks has been appointed audience development manager. Previously deputy SEO editor at The Times and The Sunday Times, she has also worked across titles such as ELLE and Women’s Health during her time as Hearst UK’s SEO manager. She will be responsible for growing search traffic, seeking growth opportunities, and will work closely with the website director to implement new strategies.
