Fitness influencer Grace Beverley has launched her debut book Working Hard, Hardly Working. Grace created the book from the start of the lockdown; exploring the concepts of purpose, productivity and self-care. 

Grace said in a statement that the book focuses on "What productivity means to us, with monetising every hobby we have to the point of burnout whilst also becoming obsessed with instant gratification and a monochrome view of self-care. How announcement culture and social media affect how we work and feel fulfilled." 

Working Hard, Hardly Working is a productivity blueprint for the next generation and is now available to pre-order from Waterstones and Amazon. It will be released on 15 April 2021.
