Child PR has been appointed to handle the press and publicity for Grand Trunk Road, the new venture from restauranteur Rajesh Suri that will be launching in South Woodford in November. The restaurant will be inspired by food from the chronicled stretch of land from the 16th century, a culinary dedication to the evocative flavours of Indian history. Rajesh Suri has once again teamed up with Head Chef Dayashankar Sharma to devise an offering of regional dishes with an appreciation for traditional cooking methods. Menu highlights include Crusted Seared Scallops with Red Pepper, Garlic & Tomato Chutney and Pheasant Supreme with Pickling Spices and Yoghurt.
