GT magazine has unveiled a complete redesign and new look, which was showcased for the first time at a party in central London. The redesigned November edition sees YouTube star Joey Graceffa grace the cover and contains all new features and articles from the likes of politician Baron Waheed Alli, pop star Jaymi Hensley and TV star Charlie King. The new GT is also packed with interviews, including with superstar Grace Jones, Dr Who actor Mark Gatiss, RuPaul’s Drag Race’s Michelle Visage and girl group, Little Mix. GT serves the gay community with news, travel, style, features, big name interviews and more, helping to connect millions to the LGBT world every year. The magazine re-launches alongside its website gaytimes.co.uk and the digital magazine, available from gtdigi.co.uk. The new magazine is also optimised using the smart shopping app, Octer, an online shopping mall of the UKs top 200 stores. Using the app, readers can hover their phone over any page and instantly link to products and services shown or described within GT. Darren Scott, GT’s editor, explains: “GT hit the big 3-0 last year and we decided it was time for a new look to mark the occasion. The magazine is still full of everything our readers love as well as more features, interviews, columnists and an updated design and we’re excited for it to be finally out there for all to read”.
