Celebrity hairstylist Joe Mills has collaborated with Primark on a 19-piece collection. The Mills X Primark line features products across hair and skincare as well as a range of brushes and a fragrance. Joe Mills has more than 20 years of experience in styling and has salons based in London.
The Mills X Primark range is now available in Primark stores with prices ranging from £1 to £4.
