Tom is one of the UK’s most acclaimed and inspirational chefs and became the youngest British chef ever to be awarded 2 Michelin stars. Tom has a passion for fresh seasonal ingredients and uses the finest local and sustainable produce. Tom has worked across the world, and now has a number of restaurants overseas in Abu Dhabi and Tokyo with the EDITION hotel, Doha in the Qatar Olympic & Sports Museum, Jakarta in the Langham hotel, as well as his 1 star fine dining restaurant, Muse in Belgravia, London.
