Halpern appoints Division Director and Account Manager

Rachel Bowen has joined Halpern as Division Director. Previously holding leadership roles at TDC PR and The Communications Store (now ScienceMagic.Inc), the appointment bolsters Halpern’s senior team.
Rachel will be in charge of leading the agency's growing portfolio of clients shared with its network The&Partnership.
Meg McCabe has also joined the Halperm team as Account Manager working across LG, LTA, Eggslut and McArthurGlen.
