Mindfulness and meditation company, Headspace, has launched its collection centred around women’s health and wellbeing, titled ‘Women’s Collection’. The collection comes at a pivotal time to provide in-demand resources for individuals who identify as women and offers comprehensive support across topics ranging from body image to sexual wellness. As part of the launch, Headspace has also partnered with the online community for women, Peanut, to release a short film that aims to normalise the conversation around sexual wellness. ‘Let’s Talk About Sex,’ produced by an all-woman crew, explores diverse sexual and relationship experiences and discusses topics that are typically taboo. From a woman who is expecting a baby with a trans woman to a widow navigating dating while grieving and a woman struggling with post-partum sex, the film shares the diverse journeys of six women from Peanut’s community.
Headspace’s new content can be found in-app, titled ‘Women’s Collection.’ To learn more about the new collection and to sign up for your free 14 day trial of Headspace, go to headspace.com.
