Health and fitness app Amplify has announced it will be launching in September. Amplify Pro is a newly launched and free-to-use online platform which gives personal trainers, physios and coaches a major boost by allowing them to create and deliver fitness and recovery programmes remotely.

The app provides all the tools needed for personal trainers and coaches to help their clients – even when they are unable to offer face-to-face meetings. The platform includes a library of thousands of videos, showing people how to perform exercises safely and correctly.
