Hearst Magazines International has announced several key appointments to newly created positions as the company continues to expand its global focus. Clare Gorman has been appointed director of sales operations and will drive overall strategy and guide HMI’s 360-degree sales organisation; Simon Reed joins as international trading director and will be responsible for all top-line trading deals for HMI; and Danny Doyle has been named head of digital advertising operations, UK and EMEA, driving revenue and profitability for HMI’s UK and EMEA markets through the deployment of data-driven programmatic, overseeing the London-based programmatic team and working in collaboration with international and U.S. counterparts.
